As a Senior Solution Architect at eSystems, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology solutions, ensuring they meet our clients' complex business requirements and drive significant value. - Strategize and Design: Develop comprehensive solution strategies that align with client objectives and technology landscape. Design scalable, secure, and robust architecture that supports enterprise needs.
- Lead and Innovate: Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Drive innovation by incorporating the latest technologies and methodologies into our practices.
- Consult and Collaborate: Serve as the key technical liaison between clients, project teams, and stakeholders. Provide expert consultation on technology strategy, application architecture, and software integration.
- Optimize Solutions: Continuously evaluate and optimize architectural designs to improve performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure solutions are sustainable and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Your profile
We are looking for a visionary Senior Solution Architect with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving. Your profile should encompass the following:
- Experience and Expertise: At least 7 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable and robust solutions. Expertise in low-code platforms (specifically OutSystems and Mendix) and their application in rapid development environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in multiple programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Javascript, .NET). Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), microservices, and API strategies. Experience with DevOps practices and tools is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
